Meet our new Canyon Falls HOA Manager, Megan Youngblood
Canyon Falls is excited to welcome our new HOA manager, Megan Youngblood, who brings more than 8 years of real estate and property management experience to her new role.
The HOA Board management team introduced Megan to residents with an email that summed up her qualifications and enthusiasm for the job.
“Megan is an effective communicator, has heard great things about our community and is excited about joining the team. She is looking forward to meeting and working with the residents and committees to help make Canyon Falls even better than it is today,” the team wrote.
Before coming to Canyon Falls, Megan was the community association manager for a Northlake master-planned community with plans for 1,100 homes and various amenities. Prior to that, she was a portfolio association manager in Colorado, where she successfully managed as many as 16 HOAs at a time.
“I was happy at my previous job, but Canyon Falls is a breath of fresh air, and an opportunity I couldn’t refuse,” Megan says. “I look forward to working with everyone to provide even better education and communication to our residents about the HOA’s role in making Canyon Falls the most wonderful place to live.”
